Our Selection Process:

Our industry niche is small to medium producers of wines, with a high quality-to-cost ratio from key wine regions all over the world.   We make discriminating decisions on which wines we will provide based on their taste profiles – nothing gets by our tasting team without a thorough evaluation.

Education:

We dedicate our time, energy, and resources to the continuing education of our staff. Currently five of our team members are certified Sommeliers, and two or three of the others are easily as knowledgeable as the five! We take very seriously the importance of expanding our wine knowledge; we are continuously learning from our customers and suppliers as we sample new wines from around the world.
